the housing choice voucher (hcv) program (sometimes called section 8 housing vouchers) is the federal governments largest subsidized housing program—assisting over 2.4 million households with over $30 billion in annual funding. this webinar will highlight the benefits of participating as a landlord in the hcv program and discuss the steps property owners and managers should take to get involved.
