michael a. testa, ccim®, arm®

mike testa is a graduate of marquette university with a degree in commercial real estate and marketing. he began his career with a property management internship in 2014, and has since built a career based upon his extensive experience. in his current role as business development manager and senior brokerage associate at ogden & company, inc., amo®, he leads new business activities, client relations, and provides 2022世界杯阵容预测 services to existing clientele. mike brings his experience in residential & commercial management, brokerage, asset & project management, marketing, and development to the team. his well-rounded experience helps him to drive value for our clients and ensure that all of their needs and goals are met on a consistent basis. mike is a certified commercial investment manager (ccim), as well as an accredited residential manager (arm). he is the immediate past president of realm (real estate alumni of marquette), sits on the board of directors for the marquette university center for real estate, is involved with multiple industry mentorship programs, and is an active member of carw, naiop, icsc, ccim, and aoma/boma. mike has been awarded aoma wisconsin’s best on-site property manager of the year 2017, irem’s 30 under 30 for 2018, 2019 graduate of carw’s nextgen program (which he now leads), naiop wisconsin’s 2020 principal of the year, 2020 naiop wisconsin developing leader all-star award, carw’s 2020 champion, and naiop wisconsin’s 2023 developing leader award. he is one of five professionals in the world honored with naiop’s developing leaders award in 2023 and was also named leukemia and lymphoma society’s visionary of the year in 2023 for his incredible campaign and contributions to the fight against blood cancers and his support of their dare to dream project. mike lives in wauwatosa with his dogs and enjoys time at the lake or on the ski hill. he is actively involved in many industry associations, where he has been regularly awarded for his participation, dedication, and contributions to the real estate industry.

brianna drisdale, acom®

brianna drisdale, acom is a bold professional, with an unwavering passion for people and business. she is most known for her beaming smile, optimistic mindset, and laser-focused determination to bring value to those around her. recently, brianna brought her expertise to newquest properties as a junior property manager, where she now manages a portfolio of shopping centers.
brianna is dedicated to shaping the future of the industry and serves as vice chair of the 2024 future leaders program for her local chapter. this year she was also able forge an exciting new partnership with the university of houston school of real estate and irem houston.

looking toward the future, brianna is excited to earn the cpm designation and remain active with irem through advocacy and volunteerism. outside of work, brianna enjoys fitness and community service.

skyler clenney - student member

skyler clenney joined sustainable concepts llc as a project manager in 2023. in this role, she coordinates various elements of leed projects to maximize the potential of green buildings and achieve leed certification. skyler is an active member of the irem chapter in austin, tx, women in the environment, and the usgbc central texas chapter. she graduated from the university of north texas with a bachelor of science in business entrepreneurship and enterprise management. currently, she is pursuing her leed ap bd+c accreditation and her texas real estate license. with three years of experience in the multifamily lease-up industry in texas, skyler shifted her focus to sustainability in design and development, driven by her passion for the environment. recently, she was chosen to participate in the irem student leadership program and will attend the irem global summit in october of this year in indianapolis, indiana.
