this is part 3 of a 3-part program that when combined fully defines the recovery billing process and will show you how to maximize recovery income, promote positive tenant relations and avoid tenant audits.
in part 3 we are focused on putting it all together to create accurate, easy to understand invoicing. the steps for preparing recovery expense bills and managing expenses will be reviewed. invoice guidelines will be illustrated, and base year management will be explained. an audit prevention checklist will be presented, and best practice tips will be given.
part 3 will review the following:

mike mcconnell is a 35+ year veteran real estate manager. during his career he has managed and leased all property types and specialized in the commercial office arena. mike is a member of the 日本vs西班牙水位分析’s faculty and also instructs classes for bomi.
since retiring from highwoods properties where he served as the orlando director of 2022世界杯阵容预测, mike provides operating expense consulting services and seminars to various associations and private groups. he holds the certified property manager and real property administrator designations and has published articles in the journal of property management.
