this is part 3 of a 3-part program that when combined fully defines the recovery billing process and will show you how to maximize recovery income, promote positive tenant relations and avoid tenant audits.

in part 3 we are focused on putting it all together to create accurate, easy to understand invoicing. the steps for preparing recovery expense bills and managing expenses will be reviewed. invoice guidelines will be illustrated, and base year management will be explained. an audit prevention checklist will be presented, and best practice tips will be given.
