cheryl gray, cpm®, is the president of irem (the 日本vs西班牙水位分析). she is the head of special projects, operational excellence at quadreal property group providing strategic leadership and support of initiatives that help quadreal achieve its operational goals. she joined quadreal in january 2017 as executive vice president leading the enterprise innovation team that provides expertise in sustainability, environmental health and safety, national property contracts and property management best practices. in 2018, she launched quadreal’s digital innovation initiative to encourage and implement innovative technology to create long-term value in the built environment.

before joining quadreal, gray held several leadership positions at bentall kennedy. prior to that, she worked at a number of major canadian real estate firms in senior management roles where she was responsible for office, industrial, retail and residential portfolios.

gray earned her cpm designation from irem in 1990. she is a long-standing member of the organization’s international management board. in 2016, she chaired the education conference advisory board and has been a member of various irem committees and boards. gray also served as the irem regional vice president in 1996 with the real estate institute of canada (reic).

in addition to irem, gray is a member of reic and the building owners and managers' association (boma) canada, having served both organizations on their national board of directors.  gray was a nominee of irem's 2013 women of influence in real estate management, and was honored by reic in 2014 with cpm member of the year and again in 2017 with the emeritus award, the highest honor given to a member of reic.  she received the boma canada's chairman's award and boma toronto's president's award for her role in leading the canadian real estate industry initiative on pandemic planning. gray was also named a woman of influence in north american commercial real estate by globest.com in back to back years of 2018 and 2019.

gray earned a bachelor of arts degree in economics from the university of waterloo and is a member of the irem toronto chapter.
