jessica warrior, cpm®, rpa, is the 2020-2021 irem regional vice president for region 7, encompassing chapters in oklahoma and texas. warrior has worked in the dallas commercial real estate market for over 20 years, most recently with granite properties. in her role as director of property management, she oversees operations and property experience in multiple city markets across the country. warrior is responsible for identifying national processes and procedures and for monitoring consistency in the work product across each team.
warrior has a passion for education and ongoing learning, both in her own life and in that of her team. while taking every opportunity to gain new skills and knowledge, she also encourages her team to continue their own personal growth through classes and industry designation opportunities. she leads the property experience department’s onboarding and training program and personally facilitates many of the learning opportunities. warrior has also organized several educational events serving the larger real estate community, including the irem asset & property management symposium and the great place to work, future of the workplace think tank.
she is an active presence in the commercial real estate industry, publishing multiple articles ranging from sustainability to company culture. warrior is past president of the irem dallas chapter, a regular member of the local dallas board and has participated on multiple irem hq committees. she has won many award for her work, most recently including the dallas cpm of the year award in 2013 and the granite living the purpose award in 2015. in 2020, she will serve as chair of the irem education and knowledge products committee.
in her free time, warrior enjoys spending time with her husband, mark, and their 12-year-old son, milo. she is an avid reader, loves listening to podcasts and is highly focused on all things health and wellness.
