making compelling business cases for investments in reducing energy costs in commercial buildings can be challenging. presenter stephen todd, the energy guy, has supported the implementation of hundreds of energy cost reduction projects for income producing properties over the last twenty years. this course will provide an overview of the three benefit categories that should be evaluated and communicated whenever making the business case for energy conservation projects.
