esg, or environmental social and governance principles and practices, is now acknowledged as a critical element of a successful real estate investment platform. the social component of esg has been a source of confusion and uncertainty for many practitioners. this course will address some of the key aspects that a property manager should incorporate as part of its esg initiatives, whether internally driven or in response to ownership requirements. nicholas stolatis, cpm® emeritus, will share his experience creating additional value for tiaa’s global real estate portfolio through implementation of social-centered strategies.
