as women begin to ascend on their career paths, it could be difficult for them to find the support needed to ensure they're able to thrive and bring their best selves into the workplace, especially when they’re in middle management roles. this course looks at the statistics behind the lack of support for these women, then dives into why supporting women in these roles will lead to a better pipeline and more inclusive workplace environment. lastly, you’ll explore what support really looks like for women in the property management industry.
