many companies already have diversity, equity, and inclusion (dei) integrated into their company values. however, it can be difficult to identify specific actions companies are taking for dei and how to sustain them. in this course, charles kellom, senior director for dei at irem, will share a blueprint for identifying meaningful dei strategies and measuring their impact.
