the well-being of employees can often get overlooked, and more often, promoting employee well-being is not a core tenet of an organization. the concept of employee well-being can seem obvious yet also nebulous. what does promoting employee well-being truly mean? what is well-being? how do you know if your organization promotes employee well-being? what are the effects of employee well-being on business? these are some of the questions we will answer in this course. generally, organizations care about their employees tremendously yet lack the awareness and tools to assess, promote, and support their employees' well-being. in this course, you will examine the concept of employee well-being and gain the tools necessary to propagate well-being in the workplace.
