    jatonne perrow is a dc certified property manager at cushman & wakefield where she manages trophy and class a office buildings in downtown washington, d.c. for institutional owners. prior to joining cushman & wakefield, jatonne assisted with managing over 1.8 million square feet in northern virginia for a local reit. in 2016, her suburban office park in loudoun county won the outstanding building of the year (toby) award in its category and the grand award at the local level and in its category at the regional level. jatonne has been an active associate member of the 日本vs西班牙水位分析 (irem) in northern virginia for five years. she was recognized in 2017 as rookie of the year, and is currently committee chair of her chapter’s irem young professionals. nationally, she is a member of the irem diversity & inclusion succession initiative board. jatonne perrow graduated from the pennsylvania state university with a bachelor’s degree in psychology.
