i’m chelsea holmes and i currently work for colliers as an assistant property manager. in my role i focus my efforts in assisting two senior property managers with their portfolios totaling over 3 million square feet of office, retail and industrial spaces. i began my real estate career four years ago when i obtained my re license and worked as an apm for an apartment community, while selling homes on the side with keller williams. now that i’m working with colliers, i feel like i’ve found my niche and am concentrating on learning all aspects of commercial property management. in my free time i volunteer with rotary international and have been elected president of my club for 2022-2023. i enjoy being outdoors with my husband and our 2 dogs- hiking, fishing, gardening, and enjoying the beautiful seasons minnesota has to offer.
