2022 irem global summit
sorry if we missed you at the 2022 global summit! over 700 members attended a number of dynamic meetings and were able to once again connect with their peers and industry professionals. our committee members were hard at work discussing critical issues affecting the property management industry. the legislative & public policy committee discussed our policy statements and 2023 advocacy initiatives, which include our advocacy impact day, congressional briefing and chapter presentations. board. our federal housing advisory board members discussed and reflected on this year’s dynamic meetings with usda rural services and the united states housing and urban development (hud) and engaged in conversation about topics they will be presenting to hud during november’s discussion. we also received some good news during the conference. the policy statements addressing criminal offenses, housing affordability, and tax were approved by the governing council! please visit our event page for a recap of events.

have you made your flight and hotel reservations yet? don’t wait until the last minute when prices are high and hotel rooms are limited. after two years, irem is going back to washington, d.c. for our advocacy impact day!!we hope you will join us in d.c. on march 28-29 for this important event. this is our chance to come together and communicate the vital issues affecting the real estate management profession to legislators and their staff. by participating, you'll serve as an expert in the field and advocate for the real estate management industry. in addition, you'll help us elevate the profession that we love, network with other members, and meet with elected officials. if you're unable to attend this important event, please inform your other chapter members and encourage them to attend.
