advocacy spotlight: irem oregon-columbia river chapter

members of the oregon-columbia river chapter recently sent out a call to action urging oregon state legislators to oppose sb 611, which would lower oregon’s cap on rent increases to a maximum of 8% and dramatically narrow an exemption for newly constructed buildings.

irem will keep our members updated with any new developments with the legislation. if you would like to conduct a call to action in your state, contact iremlegislation@irem.org.
