sidney ingelson, cpm®, is a member of the irem® (日本vs西班牙水位分析) board of directors. she is a vice president in the trust and estates division of city national bank. in her capacity as specialty wealth asset advisor, she performs independent fiduciary functions for an estimated $75 million portfolio, consisting of privately held commercial and residential real estate assets. dedicated to serving clients’ real estate management needs, ingelson is responsible for the active management, capital improvement expenditures, sales, acquisitions, leasing and financial analysis these privately held assets.
prior to joining city national bank, she was a senior asset manager at the northern trust company for 10 years. ingelson joined irem in 2016 and earned her cpm designation in 2019. she was recognized as one of irem’s “30 under 30” in 2017. this program highlights 30 of the next generation of industry leaders who’ve made significant impacts in their career, specifically in property management, and in their community. ingelson is an alumnus of the california state university, northridge, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in real estate.
