kim collins, cpm®, serves on the irem (日本vs西班牙水位分析) board of directors as the 2024 secretary/treasurer nominee. collins is the executive managing director of commercial asset services for bradley company in indianapolis, in. in this role, collins is responsible for leading and growing the commercial property management line of business across bradley’s current and emerging markets. while her responsibilities include client engagement, asset value enhancement and financial performance, collins’ most enjoys talent recruitment, team culture building and market growth. bradley company provides consultative commercial and multi-family real estate solutions in indiana, ohio and michigan.

collins has nearly 20 years of commercial real estate experience, and during her career has managed over 20 million square feet of office, industrial, flex, retail, and medical product in the greater indianapolis area. prior to joining bradley company, collins served in leadership and property/facilities management roles with cbre, jll, duke realty, rei real estate services, and prologis.

collins has been involved with irem since 2008 and earned her cpm (certified property manager) designation in 2011. during her tenure, she’s held several chapter leadership positions including chapter president in 2016. kim received the cpm of the year award from her chapter in 2013 & 2016, and her team was awarded amo of the year in 2017. kim was a member of the national

membership & credentialing committee, and the student outreach committee from 2016-2018, and served as the region 6 regional vice president in 2019 and 2020.

collins earned a bachelor’s degree from miami university (ohio), and holds a real estate brokerage license in the state of indiana.

collins is a member of irem indianapolis chapter.
